FullStack Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to help turn product direction into reliable, scalable systems - systems that are used daily by frontline teams and grow with our customers.

🧠 What you’ll be accountable for

Building and shipping features across frontend and backend
Contributing to scalable, well-structured implementations
Learning to make sound trade-offs between speed, quality, and simplicity
Improving existing systems as the product evolves
Debugging issues and helping improve reliability and performance
Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
Taking features from idea → implementation → production with support

🧰 Our technical foundation

We run a TypeScript-first stack, enabling engineers to work fluidly across the product:

TypeScript across frontend and backend
React & React Native
GraphQL APIs
Node.js (NestJS)
MongoDB

Experience with AI or intelligent systems is a plus - curiosity and good judgment matter more than prior exposure.
