At proprty.ai, we’re building an exciting product that helps large property owners and managers maintain their buildings efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably using AI. Our platform automatically assesses building conditions, identifies issues, and generates data-driven maintenance plans that can be tailored and simulated to see the impact of different choices. We recently added a new module focused on reducing CO₂ emissions, helping our customers take action toward a better and more sustainable future.

We’re a small but mighty crew, consisting of the CTO and two full-time devs who love solving tricky problems together.
