A gross list of 24 talents has been narrowed down to ten. Here are 24Victoria’s picks for who you should keep an extra close eye on in the coming years.

We have previously highlighted the ten greatest talents in Tech & Startups and Data & AI.

Now it’s time for Go-to-Market (GTM, ed.) – those who are good at getting a product or company off the ground.

As with previous talent lists, this is a subjective assessment. However, 24Victoria has enlisted the help of an expert panel consisting of eight people who are either founders, venture capitalists, senior consultants, VL members, or other talents on this list.

To be considered for the list, talents had to meet the following criteria: have a connection to Denmark, be no older than 30, have a real impact in the space through activity and influence, be enterprising, and be a guarantor of quality work.

In addition, the expert panel also emphasised professional experience and academic achievements. It is also worth noting that talents from previous lists cannot be included on this list.

The ten top GTM talents are:

Gustav Bang

29 years old. He is the co-founder and CEO of Complir. Before that, he spent time at Capacit, Legora, Karnov Group, Better Energy and Climaider. He is also a board member at Copenhagen Legal Tech. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Copenhagen School of Design and Technology, a bachelor’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business Academy, and a master’s degree in Digital Innovation and Management from the IT University of Copenhagen.

“Being selected means a lot, because our approach to GTM is shaped by my experiences from Legora and our ‘enterprise first’ strategy at Complir. We build for companies that sell globally, and for us, GTM is a function of the product — not a layer on top. The Nordics are a strong sandbox, but you have to move beyond Scandinavia to prove global demand, especially in compliance, where we’re often seen as the teacher’s pet of the EU. At the same time, that’s exactly why Europe is the perfect starting point, because the rest of the world looks to our regulatory frameworks. As an engineer, GTM to me is about reverse-engineering business, which makes this recognition even more meaningful.”

Jeppe Østergaard Hansen

23 years old. He is the CEO of Returnflows, which he founded in the summer of 2024. He has also previously founded EastWeb.dk, Shortformsociety.com and Systemscalling.online. His highest completed education is business school.

“I’m happy to be named as a GTM talent, as GTM is my main focus and responsibility at Returnflows. That said, GTM depends heavily on the product you’re lucky enough to sell — and here I want to thank my two co-founders for making life as a GTM talent super easy!”

Alexander Stefansson

30 years old. He is VP of Sales at Hello Retail, and has previously worked at Codan Insurance, Eloomi and Goodwings. He also founded his own entrepreneurial venture, North Viking. He holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

“Being mentioned on a GTM talent list hit me more than I expected. What an honour. I started as a warehouse worker and had no idea where the journey would lead. I’ve burned myself, fought hard, learned, and kept taking one step at a time. There was plenty of resistance, but my foundation is always the same: I could have the sharpest GTM plan in the world, but without the right culture and trust in the team, it falls apart. Strategy can be drawn on slides. Culture is built in everyday life — in adversity, under pressure, and in how we treat each other.”

Oskar Bech Nebsager

26 years old. He works as Sales & Revenue Operations Manager at Juristic. His professional experience also includes two years at KPMG, a little over a year at Good Monday, and he has co-founded Byens Møbelrens and Modovis. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School.

“Thank you — I really appreciate it. GTM is evolving rapidly with new tech opportunities and tools, but there is still enormous value in the human side and strong relationships. That’s exactly the balance we’re trying to strike — and it’s motivating to be recognised for the work!”

Laurits Theisen

25 years old. Laurits is currently a Sr. Partner Manager at Pleo, and has previously worked at Davforce and Zoios in Denmark. He also has experience from the US, with roles at Arrive Logistics and San Miguel Management in Austin, Texas. Alongside his work, he is currently studying for an HD at Copenhagen Business School.

“It’s a great recognition to be selected for this list — especially as a representative of Partnerships, which doesn’t always get the attention within GTM that the discipline deserves. It only confirms to me that interest in partnerships in tech is growing. A huge thank-you to everyone who supports this: it shows that many of us see the value in strong ecosystems.”

Alexander Kaae

27 years old. He is the co-founder of BattMan Energy and has three years of experience from Sparekassen Kronjylland — first as Administrative Banker and later as Student Assistant. He holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus BSS.

“Being selected for the GTM talent list is a great honour. It means a lot to be recognised by a panel of experts consisting of experienced founders, venture capitalists, and senior advisors. This recognition fuels the motivation to keep doing our utmost to stand out positively and make a difference with our company. I also want to extend a big thank-you to my co-founder, Daniel Kappelgaard, who has been a great inspiration to work with since we started BattMan Energy in late 2022.”

Louise Kristine Linde

27 years old. She is Head of Marketing at Capsule, which she also co-founded. Before her entrepreneurial journey, she worked at Ladies First Network, Patriksson Group, Enamel Copenhagen and Aagé. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Branding and Marketing from VIA University College.

“Being selected for 24Victoria’s GTM talent list truly means a lot to me. It’s a recognition of the work the team and I have put into building and scaling Capsule and understanding users, markets and growth strategies across channels. I am genuinely grateful for the nomination and for the strong expert panel behind it. Thank you!”

Jeppe Uhd

25 years old. For more than five years, he has been Head of Sales at Kanpla, where he is also a Partner. He holds an HD in Business Administration from Aarhus BSS.

“It’s always motivating to be included on a list like this, alongside so many strong GTM talents from other fast-growing scale-ups. We are working hard to make Kanpla the leading solution globally and are heading into an incredibly exciting period as a company, scaling in existing markets and launching in the US.”

Oliver Nicolai McAloone

24 years old. He is a Strategic Account Executive at Neurons in the US, and previously worked at Pleo and Good Monday. He holds an HD in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

“Great initiative to shine a light on Danish talents within tech, startups and GTM. I definitely see it as a vote of confidence to be selected among so many talented people in the industry.”

Nicolai Harsbo Busk

28 years old. For more than seven years, he has been with Dinero, where he currently serves as Commercial Growth Lead. His experience also includes time at Aller Media and Nordic Story Studio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Project Management and a master’s degree in Management of Innovation & Business Development — both from Copenhagen Business School.

“It’s a vote of confidence to be selected for the list — and honestly also great motivation to keep pushing. It’s an impressive group to be part of, and I’m proud of that. That said, it’s also easy to stand out when you work in a company like Dinero. I’m surrounded by talented leaders and colleagues who build a product that removes boring administrative work for Danish entrepreneurs. That gives me and my team the best possible foundation to attract, monetise and retain users. I look forward to setting even higher standards for GTM in Denmark together with Dinero.”
